Well written, good info, a bit inspirational
Revisado: 03-31-24
Very well written, audio narration is great. overall some good info but it's nothing new in the motivation/inspiration/mental health category. if you are new to this topic, are struggling with your mental health and are looking to learn to learn to change the way you think about yourself and your life, it's a great book. I personally just didn't learn anything new or groundbreaking in this book to expand on the progress I have already made in that area of my life. That said, I do hope the author continues on to write more books expanding on the ideas presented in this book to help readers to continue to build and expand the topics. Controlling that inner voice takes a lifetime of continual effort, education, reflection and above all, action. Thank you for putting this out there and I hope you continue on this path!
