Historia
In business and in life, handing over the reins to others is inevitable. Everyone will eventually leave their team, retire from being the CEO, or see their kids leave home and lead their own lives. Leading from the Jumpseat enables us to embrace this inevitability. Leading from the Jumpseat is a metaphor for how we can choose to lead.

I’ve read a lot of books on business and self development, but this one definitely stands out. I believe there is a mountain of wisdom to be gained from read through this and probably need to re-read it a few times to capture the most out of it. Even the way he has written it embodies his practice of humble confidence. Definitely worth the read!

Has the power to change your life
Revisado: 07-14-18
Everything about this book/this audible is stellar. This is hands down in my top 5 favorite books of all time. Incredible storytelling, great production, but most of all such eye-opening concepts and actual tactics! It’s one of the most practical books I’ve read.
I originally read this for businesses purposes, but it really goes way beyond just being a business book. The tactics and strategies in here have the power to transform every aspect of your life for the better.
Read it.
