Excellent bite size grief healing for suicide loss
Revisado: 01-26-25
Gary has been through so much and helps put your grief into perspective whilst providing practical steps for moving forward and even lines you can repeat to people who ask the same old questions when you’re grieving. I lost my little brother to suicide recently and this book has been helpful. I especially like how short the chapters are, designed for meditation and reflection. There are many profound one liners in this book that make you feel seen and heard and stick with you. I also feel more equipped to say more helpful things to my parents and brothers friends as they navigate their grief.
