Historia
With a nod to Jeff Bezos, Steve Jobs, Walt Disney, and other ruthless yet highly successful managers, author Dan S. Kennedy delivers the answer. In this new edition, Kennedy expands on his proven (if radical) strategies to get accountability, profitability, and productivity from employees. In his traditional "No B.S." style, Kennedy kicks traditional leadership and management ideas squarely in the teeth with a realistic, straightforward assessment of the real relationship between business owners and their employees.

God awful.
Revisado: 05-30-21
Kennedy put together a recipe for having the worst morale you could possibly imagine at your workplace. There is diligence that is due to managing and responsibly watching over the behavior of your staff and employees but this screed is basically a recipe for and unhappy workplace. The man seems to be venting his problems and his reactions out in this book and some sort of therapy that you have to purchase off of him. After seeing extended period of exposure and in-depth conversation with the guy I have to say he’s, simply put, The crank and a bigot. There’s nothing more there and there’s nothing more to fine because he has nothing more to give. It’s the root of this griping complaining angry at the employee screed. Don’t waste your time and money on this because it will give you no successful route forward. It belongs in the dust bin.

STRICTLY FOR BEGINNERS
Revisado: 07-27-14
What would have made Secrets of the Great Rainmakers better?
More practicality and fewer platitudes.
What could Jeffrey J. Fox have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?
This seems to be Mr. Fox's schtick
What didn’t you like about Jeffrey J. Fox’s performance?
This book is useful if you have not thought through the most basic aspects of getting new work to your business. It's essentially useless if you need anything more than rudimentary first-steps education.
You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?
This book was a waste of money. The most regretted book purchase of the last 10 years.
Any additional comments?
I cannot imagine anyone in the position to need this book would not already know these basic tips. It reads like a bad seminar.
