just as good as the first time

this is my second go around for this and it's still amazing. I'm going to marathon through the whole series.

Really good story, performance needed work

The story was really great and I plan on finishing the series. my only complaint was the narrator. for the first two books he made male, main characters, sound really feminine. Battle harden Delta force operators always sounded like they were on the verge sobbing.
In the third book the voices got much better. You could hear more accents and different voice inflection which gave the characters more of their own personality. Had the performance been as good in the first 2 books I would have give this 5 Stars.
All in all these are a good listen and I plan on finishing the whole series.

A dark and fantastic production

The Sandman is a great list for anyone who is a fan of DC, comics or dark thrillers. The voice act was amazing and the story was captivating. I would highly recommend this audible.

This is not a audible for young listeners. It is very graphic and descriptive.

Just filler

All the book so far filled in the gaps between each game. I looked forward to each book because it always answered question and gave more depth the the GoW universe. This book however felt like it was just filler. It felt like it was going to expand on JD and settlement 2, but didn't and just took a random left turn. It gave a few hints as to what you might see in the next game but all in all I had higher hopes for it.

good beginners tips and tricks

this book had some good tips and tricks that new dad's should know. some of them I knew, some I had forgotten and others I hadn't even thought of. I wouldn't say this is the only book new dad's should read. There are more in-depth things that would be nice to have gone over, but it's a really great place to start. I would recommend this audible.

this was by far the longest audio book I've listen to and it was worth every minute. the full cast made the listening and story telling amazing. this book is most definitely worth your time and money.

absolutely phenomenal

Thunderhead has surpassed every sequel expectation there is. the characters that you knew and loved, and even hated, are back with new depth. More depth was added, not only to the characters, but to the wood itself that really puts things in a new perspective for you. the first book was great, this one is amazing.

A most fantastic book

Nick Podehl narrated this book perfectly. He was like a story teller that kids would sit and listen to by a fire as he told the most fantastic stories. The characters were skillfully put together and well liked, or very much hated when they needed to be. The story building is second to none and so much was explained without over loading you with useless information. Yet, there is still so much left to be told in the next books. I always rate the book I finish, but rarely do I ever write a review. So it goes without say I would highly recommend this book for adult and young readers.

I loved this book so much. It is arguably the best book I've listened to so far. I don't know if the author plans on a second book, but if there is one I'm definitely getting it. If not, then I was left very much satisfied.
