Historia
We already use sound as a form of self-care, from self-soothing with music to immersing ourselves in the noises of nature to promote calm. This book is the natural next step for those looking to delve more deeply into the power of sound. Cutting through the noise, Farzana Ali digs deep into the science to explain its full therapeutic and restful potential. Farzana shares practical tips and activities that can be used in everyday life, with advice on extra tools to use alongside sound healing, including active listening, art therapy, breath work, journaling exercises, and visualizations.

I have to say that I really enjoyed listening to this book. I’m new to sound healing as a practitioner and I got a lot of information that I think is very important that I didn’t learn in my classes so I will say thank you very much for writing this book. I really took a lot out of it. I have the hard copy and the audio. So I can highlight the great parts which there were so many of so thanks again for writing this book and giving that information that I feel is very helpful to me in my practice.

Nnamdi has vowed to avenge his father, but he wonders what a 12-year-old boy can do. Until a mysterious nighttime meeting, the gift of a magical object that enables super powers, and a charge to use those powers for good changes his life forever.

I enjoyed the story as well as the voice actor. His voice drew me in deeper. The story kept me interested, I didn’t want it to end.

I enjoyed most of the story
*** spoiler alert ***
That is until Joy made Nora angry. I think it was a complete overreaction to their interaction. And Joy did way too much to make up for something that wasn’t that big of a deal I think that’s a bad message to children to go to those extremes to chase someone down and beg them to be friends Nora was the one who dropped the ball by not upholding her responsibility to walk the dogs, which was a chain reaction to other bad things happening so I did not care for that part of the story.

I was submerged in the story and the voice actor was convincing as an 11 year old girl having the experiences told in the story.

Historia
You don't know who you are. But they do. You wake up on the subway tracks in Los Angeles with no memory of who you are. A backpack is at your feet. Inside is a fresh set of clothes, $1,000 in cash, a phone number, and the instructions "Do not call the police." As you try to figure out your identity, the questions swirl. What is your name? How did you get here? What is the meaning of the tattoo on your wrist of a blackbird and the code FNV02198? There is only one thing you know for sure: People are trying to kill you.

It didn’t make sense in the end because she could’ve notified the police. Other than that I felt the book flowed well
