I enjoyed it tremendously when I read a review, it said he talked too fast so, I just slowed down my audio. he is a great teacher a lot of things. I did not understand and still don't. but I had the privilege and the opportunity to listen. and I learned things I did not know.

I was disappointed in some of the scriptures to the point he even used the word the n-word referring to how they acted when Moses didn't come down from the mountain having the Ten Commandments. very disappointed that's his View and he States out of the Book of Genesis that the black man was born to be slaves, his only View.

I believe with all of my heart God led me to this book. The writer It's not trying to sell you anything. Not trying to persuade you to join his congregation. But he wants you to go deeper in prayer with God. To know who God is. To pray as you never knew how to pray. How to seek the face of God. Is to hear the voice of God in prayer. I Was searching desperately for help in my grief after the loss of my husband of 50 years died suddenly from a heart attack.. We Were both ministers in the gospel. In this book I found so much help not every chapter I could use, So I would pick. and I and chose ,The chapters that would help me.. I called some of them faith chapters even though the word God was never used she gave me hope, That I could live without my husband , But I could keep him in my heart and take him wherever I wanted to go he would always be with me,I could live with my faith in God I could live again, But it would be different ,but I could do it.... after over a year and a 1/2 of having this book in my library, I still go back and listen , And I guess I'll always go back and listen,, I believe grief is a day-by-day journey, With my faith, And hope,

I truly needed to hear from this writer's perspective about grief as a grieving widow,I after 50th years of marriage, I used so much of the information, in refined by fire. it has been over a year ang I still keep listening, also I liked that she shared, the names of others that wrote of their grief, that helped, the narrator was excellent , when your heart is broken ,she gave hope,as her faith grew.she showed the grace of God in her life, and I needed Grace... this is a must! please listen if you or a love one, are in the mist of grief
