What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?
This was only 29 minutes long and it was still a HUGE waste of time. The story was non-existent and the narrator was appallingly bad. He sounded like he had marbles in his mouth, very hard to understand. What a waste of $3.95! This may be the worst audio book I have ever heard.
What could Joel M. Andre have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?
Spend more time writing it.

Hiring someone who can speak clearly and concisely.
