You get a glimpse of them in the other books. You know how there's a book, you think to yourself, "this is it". Well this is it! I love all the St Mary's and Time Police stories but this one hit a little different. Awesome story, excellent narration as always.

The Setting was New Orleans

I was super excited when I read that it was set in New Orleans. I never been in this much pain listening to a book. I won't lie I couldn't get past Chapter 8, it was going nowhere. I have no words for the narration. Give it a try, maybe you'll have better luck, but I warned you.

I was already buying the next book. THIS IS THE MOST AWESOME BOOK. EVER!!!!!!!! Ok, I'm not really good with reviews, but this book had me laughing out loud. The narration was on point. I'm just BIG mad I just found out about the series.

Two great emotions

I'm both happy and sad about this series. I happy that I found the series and that there are over 10 books. I'm sad that I just found the series. So many days without knowing about St. Mary's. These books make this History major want to go back to school. This series got me going broke buying books about the Trojan War, Jack the Ripper... Got me looking like a fool as I laugh out loud, Loving every book and the Zara Ramm is on point!

Super funny. Laughed out loud, too many times to count. A unique way of telling an awesome story. I don't know how you do it. I kept looking at the timer to see how much time was left, dreading the end. Well done Amber Benson, narration was on point.

Laughing out loud is fine unless you're alone. This book was unlike anything I've read in a while. Freaking outstanding in every way!

There are books that you read (listen to) and you just know it going to be a wonderful journey. A story that keeps you on edge and has you trying to predict what's going to happen next, only to be thrown for another loop. Outstanding performance. I guess what upsets me is that I hadn't discovered this series earlier. Can't wait to dive into the next book.

"Girlfriend" .....I cringed every time.

Be prepared, You will hear this word so much that you will lose the will to continue. Excellent storyline but good lord find another catch phrase. If this it what I have to look forward to, I hesitate to purchase Book 2. I mean I'll give it the ol college try.
