The author has written an enjoyable book. Well written. This book was not your average F/F book. It had layers. Many twists and turns. I enjoyed Bonnie and the deep connection she had with Kathleen. I loved that I did not lose interest in the middle of the book. I recommend this book.

This wonderful, exciting, book will hold your interest from the first page to the last. Ms. Kane hit a home run with this one. Having Ms. Craden as narrator was a plus! If there is a book 4 I will buy it. I purchased the first books in this series in e-book versions as I thought Emily made the characters sound like weak women. Ms. Craden did credit to Ms. Kane writing. I highly recommend this book.

This book is a great read. Camilla Monk’s writing is awesome. I read the Spotless series and enjoyed them. However, this book was sooooo much better. Give it a try. You will not be disappointed.

I devoured every word and I highly recommend it to everyone. "From A Distance" is a action packed lesbian military/ops novel. I have read a few with same theme. However this one read believeable. F/F romance was important part of story but not the entire story. Worth price or credit.

I would recommend Anika Takes the Long Way Home up Soul Mountain: A Lesbian Romance: Rosemont Duology, Book 2 to anyone lesbian or not! Eliza Andrews hit a home run.
Who was your favorite character and why?
Anika, her character was strong but at the same time caring.
Have you listened to any of Angela Rysk’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
Angela Rysk is one of my favorite readers. She reads the Imp series. She adds flavor to the books she reads.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
Can't say without giving to much away. I will say there were several moving moments.
Any additional comments?
To many books are the same as the one before. This one was not cookie cutter.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
I would recommend the book in e-book format. Ms. Goodyear did not do the book justice. She read it as if the characters were teenagers. She read the book as if she was in a race. There was no passion read into the love scenes. If I had not read the e-book before I purchased the audible book, I would have hated it.
What did you like best about this story?
Ms. O'Brien made you feel for both women in the story. I like the true conflict. It made since.
Would you be willing to try another one of Amanda Goodyear’s performances?
No ... never.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
The very end .... to say more would be a spoiler
