Great writing and narration!
Revisado: 11-12-20
Both the writing and narration deserve 5 stars. I have been a fan of this author since her first series. I love that this author explores different genres in her writing and each one is unique in its style. If you enjoy movies like Jason Bourne or Mr and Mrs Smith - give this book a try! The narrator does a great job separating the characters and giving you that “movie in my head” feel.

3 books for 1 price - Fantastic Series!!!
Revisado: 09-02-20
Crane (Book 1)
I downloaded the Audiobook of the Legends saga and finished Crane today. I LOVED it. The narrator does a fabulous job but even more so the storyline is fantastic! There were several times I laughed out loud at Ireland's wit. I am a long-time fan of the Legend of Sleepy Hollow and this book held true to the legend as well as added an interesting twist. I love the authors style of writing, character development was strong, and I was fully enthralled in the story from the beginning.
Raven (Book 2)
First of all the narrator is fabulous! She does a great job with distinguishing voices of the characters and delivering an entertaining story. The author had me enthralled with this whole series! Each book seems is better than the next. Fantastic storyline, great character development, and a few surprises you may not see coming. I highly recommend this Saga series.
Steam (Book 3)
What a great ending to the saga! I think this one was my favorite of the three, although it's difficult to choose because all of them are so well written, so well narrated, I can't come up with too much to complain about. The ending shocked me, but that's what makes a great book, right? Fantastic series! I am going to look for more audiobooks from this author.

Historia
When Edward Cullen and Bella Swan met in Twilight, an iconic love story was born. But until now, fans have heard only Bella's side of the story. At last, listeners can experience Edward's version in the long-awaited companion novel, Midnight Sun. This unforgettable tale as told through Edward's eyes takes on a new and decidedly dark twist. Meeting Bella is both the most unnerving and intriguing event he has experienced in all his years as a vampire.

So much Edward! Love it!
Revisado: 08-14-20
I am a longtime fan of the Twilight series and have always been Team Edward. I loved this version of the story told from his perspective! Though I knew how it ended and recognized much along the way there was plenty of new material to keep this book exciting! One of my complaints of the original series was I wanted more of the Cullens and this book delivered that for me. The book filled in holes from Twilight and let us know just how hard it was for Edward to control his feelings. Jake Abel did a phenomenal job bringing Edward to life in this narration! At times I jumped from the intensity of his voice when he would roar in anger. To sum it all up - this book was fantastic!

Fantastic Book!
Revisado: 02-15-16
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
I would recommend this to a friend. Besides the fact that Stephen King's writing is superb and more descriptive at times than even a movie, the narration is fantastic.
What was one of the most memorable moments of The Green Mile?
John Coffey's last moments in the book. This gets me in the book and in the movie adaptation as well.
Have you listened to any of Frank Muller’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
Not that I recall
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
This book caused more tears than anything, a little anger at times and there are a few moments that will make you laugh.
Any additional comments?
I enjoyed the movie version of this and had never read/listened to the book because I was afraid it would be too different. There are very few differences between the two. The ending went past the movie slightly and it was interesting to find out a few more things about the main character, Paul. I would listen to this one again and enjoy it just as much.

Gray Duffy never thought he'd end up as the co-lead guitarist of Oblivion, one of the hottest rock bands in the country. Even better? He's sharing the experience with his best friend, Jazz. Since the day she'd showed up as his family's new foster kid, Gray has protected her. Loved her. And not just platonically either. After all these years of wanting her in his bed, he still doesn't know what it would be like to have her mouth on his.

Gray makes me Swoon!!
Revisado: 02-10-16
Who was your favorite character and why?
My favorite character in this series has been Jazz and this book was no exception. I was thrilled to find out she was one of the main characters this time. I also loved finding out more about Gray because he wasn't focused on very much in the first book.
What does Kai Kennicott and Wen Ross bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
The narrators bring life to the characters and give them personality. They do a great job of making you love the characters you're supposed to love and loathe the others (like Cricket...most annoying chic ever).
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
There were so many moving moments in this book. I loved the relationship between Gray and Jazz and how they were the best of friends and didn't act on their feelings for the other because each worried they weren't good enough for the other.
Any additional comments?
So far this is my favorite book in the series because of the main characters and they way their relationship played out. The narrators go back and forth between male and female throughout the entire story making it sound like a movie playing out. I love these narrators and am ready to listen to the next book. I can't get enough of these characters!

Sweet Follow Up story!
Revisado: 02-04-16
What did you love best about Rock, Rattle and Roll?
This was a sweet follow up story to Rocked giving us a glimpse of Deacon and Harper's life together. I love that the narration goes back and forth between male and female the entire story instead of by chapter, it gives it the feel of a movie playing in your head.
What did you like best about this story?
It was a little sweet and a little sexy all wrapped perfectly together.
Have you listened to any of Kai Kennicott and Wen Ross ’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
I have listened to two other books by these narrators. I prefer the style they used in this one of going back and forth between male and female the entire time. It gave the characters life by keeping their voices consistent throughout.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
When Deacon and Harper came to a decision about their future.
Any additional comments?
I love Deacon. He's a bad rocker boy with a heart of gold. The narrator's deep voice adds to the sensual nature of the character making him even more likeable. I also still have a deep love for the character Jazz and her bubbly personality along with her friendship with Deacon.

Opening for their idols on their first tour, Oblivion is living the dream. Mostly. Frustrated at being shoved out of his mediator role by their new manager, Deacon McCoy loses himself in brutal workouts. He only comes up for air long enough to refuel - and to tease the deliciously cute chef who makes him crave a lot more than what she's offering on her serving plate.

This book Rocked!!:) Sorry, I couldn't help myself
Revisado: 01-28-16
What did you love best about Rocked?
The story was captivating, the characters were extremely likable, the story flowed well, and of course it was very steamy!
What did you like best about this story?
It had a little bit of everything; Drama, Romance, a little humor, a little sass, and a lot of steamy scenes
Which character – as performed by Wen Ross and Kai Kennicott – was your favorite?
The main characters, Harper and Deacon, were easily loveable and the narrators performed them extremely well. My favorite character other than the two main ones was easily Jazz. I could hang out with her cute self and I loved her relationship with Deacon.
Any additional comments?
All in all this was a great story and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a steamy romance. I loved the way the story was narrated between the male and female narrative from beginning to end instead of switching by chapters. Having the main characters voices be the same throughout and the little bits of laughter or noises adding to the story made it easy to play like a movie in my head. I have already downloaded the 1.5 story to this and look forward to more Deacon.

Throughout my life, all that's ever mattered to me has been the win and the thrill of the game. But then I meet Roxie, and everything changes. She's the girl no one sees, completely opposite from the world I live in and the life I lead, but I don't care. She makes me better. She makes me see things in ways I never have before, and I think I do that for her, too. The problem is the complications in my life may see fit to end us, test her in ways I'm sure she's never been tested.

Steamy Romance with a great storyline!
Revisado: 01-13-16
Would you listen to Found by You again? Why?
Yes. I enjoyed the chemistry between the two main characters. Though it took me a little bit to get used to the narrators, I did feel they did a great job in making the characters sound the way the story described.
What about Wen Ross and Kai Kennicott ’s performance did you like?
They didn't try to overdo the parts that were of the opposite sex. They did a great job of matching their voices to each others when reading.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
I could have. I don't usually listen to books all in one sitting but the story definitely kept my interest.
Any additional comments?
It took me a chapter or two to get into the story because the characters seemed a little one dimensional at first, but once the story got going I began to really connect with them. I'm glad I stuck with it. I definitely recommend this for a listen.

This is the way the world ends: with a nanosecond of computer error in a Defense Department laboratory and a million casual contacts that form the links in a chain letter of death. A world in which a handful of panicky survivors choose sides - or are chosen.

Loved this book, Narrator was fantastic!
Revisado: 08-18-14
What did you love best about The Stand?
I've been a fan of the movie since it first came out and have seen it several times but never read the book. The narrator did a fantastic job with this story making the voices recognizable and distinct for each character. I was worried I wouldn't like listening to an audiobook since I had my own view of the characters in my head but I was not disappointed AT ALL.
What was one of the most memorable moments of The Stand?
The descriptive nature of Stephen King's writing makes many of the moments memorable. There were many heartbreaking scenes as well as scenes that were frightening real as a possibility for a future occurrence
Which character – as performed by Grover Gardner – was your favorite?
Stu was always my favorite character in the movie and he remained my favorite in the book as well.
If you could take any character from The Stand out to dinner, who would it be and why?
Nick Andros. I think it would be interesting to learn more about him. Sure, he'd have to write everything down, but I enjoy his character and think he'd be interesting to speak to.
Any additional comments?
LISTEN TO THIS BOOK. The length may seem daunting but it will fly by and you'll be sad when it's over because you will be so enthralled!
