Historia
“Even before you were born, we belonged to each other, Vi,” I reminded her, trying to fight the desperation to grab on to her and hold her, because I could feel her slipping away from me more and more with each beat of my heart. “You were in your mom’s belly, but I still felt you in my heart. It was as if there was this invisible cord connecting your heart to mine. I can’t see it, but I feel it. Every damn day. You are mine.”

Whiny narrator girl drove me crazy
Revisado: 06-16-23
The whiny voice of the narrator was so annoying & distracting. This couple doesn’t need to be together, too much ridiculous drama. If they were truly close growing up all of this drama wouldn’t be happening. I was hoping for a good story for these two- not all of this ridiculousness. Very disappointing,

Why were there three books?
Revisado: 01-18-23
I’ll start by saying that I loved the original series. There was an actual story line in those. This story did not need to drag on…. for three books. These two had no chemistry and were NOT even close to being mature enough to be in a relationship. I don’t understand why everyone needs to sleep around so much before getting into a relationship. It’s so ridiculous. I’m so disappointed in this story. The back & forth “misunderstanding” that lasted for years., Really? If there was as much detail in the actual story as there was in the dress details & flower details, maybe it would have been better. Now I’m sure each character’s story will be 3 books each, and it just doesn’t work, if there’s no story line, other than sleeping around and misunderstandings. Add the retelling of the first series into it and it just drags on. Repeating itself. Over & over… ugh. I wanted it to be as good as the first series.. I am so disappointed..
