Surprised
Revisado: 07-31-12
What did you like best about The Five Lost Aunts of Harriet Bean? What did you like least?
I was surprised at how lame this book was. I was expecting something much better. The author made it sound like having a large family was a bad thing. The whole story was messed up. It made it sound like the aunts younger days were of Charles Dickens times yet, the actual story was more current times.
How would you have changed the story to make it more enjoyable?
The real question should be what wouldn't you have to change?
Which character – as performed by Charlotte Parry – was your favorite?
Harmonica
Did The Five Lost Aunts of Harriet Bean inspire you to do anything?
It inspired me to write a better version of this book!
Any additional comments?
This book is a waste of time, money or credits if you used credits to get this book. However, the person who narrated the book did a good job.

Bill O'Reilly should not have narrated this book.
Revisado: 07-31-12
If you could sum up Killing Lincoln in three words, what would they be?
Overall a good story but the audio version was distracting by using a news commentator telling the story, even if he was the author. Please use someone else the next time.It had many interesting details that I had not heard before.
What aspect of Bill O'Reilly’s performance would you have changed?
I really like Bill O'Reilly and listen to a lot. However, I think he should get a real story teller to read his audio books. I felt like I was getting a news commentary throughout the book and after a while was difficult to keep up with the story line.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Originally yes, after listening to it, No.

Great stories for all ages, holds your attention.
Revisado: 01-15-12
What did you love best about Magic Tree House Collection?
I love how the characters go back in time and experience what happened in history. What I really like in this group of stories was Teddy. A little scruffy puppy, who accompanied Jack and Annie on their fun and sometimes life threatening adventures. All the stories really held my attention. One of the stories I like the most was the Civil War story when they went to the Civil War times and found someone who was actually from their family. I'm not telling who so I don't spoil the story. If this is your first time trying audio books, this is definitely the book for you and your kids.
What other book might you compare Magic Tree House Collection to and why?
No other book I can compare with.
Have you listened to any of Mary Pope Osborne’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
Yes, I have listened to other audio books by her. My family has always enjoyed listening to them. My mom was surprised as to how good the stories are.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
Some parts leave you sitting on the edge of your seat waiting to
