Finally the Answer I Long Sought

I loved the wheat belly and have been using recipes from it since the day I bought it many years ago. However, brain surgery left me with an altered body and challenges with my digestion and no matter what program I followed. Nothing felt good.
I knew it was a gift from the universe to discover Super Gut because it had all the information, that made sense to me, the information I sought, and the program that I needed to heal my body.
The recipes are an added bonus as I prepare all my food from scratch. Now I know why my homemade coconut yogurt from homemade coconut milk never thickened in 4 hours!

The deep emotion and history the public would never have known, and the sacrifices behind the scenes that never made it to the press - what an eye-opening and heart felt journey these geniuses lived for all mankind.
