So beautiful

This is so beautiful to listen to that I could just feel the stress leaving my body. I don’t think I realized how much tension I was holding until I started literally exhaling without even trying, which is funny because the book is called Exhale. But it literally made me exhale. Lol. The narrator makes me feel like she actually cares, and I wonder if she actually wrote it because she sounds like she really believes what she’s saying. It doesn’t sound like a hired narrator (you know what I mean). And I’m so glad that they included the music by itself too, because I can’t wait to try to fall asleep to it tonight. But the best part is that my husband listened and he actually agreed to try the meditations (he’s so picky that he’s never agreed to before). He is always so stressed out that he stresses me out! Maybe if he listens to this, he’ll calm down and then I can calm down. Lol. Seriously though, thank you for making such a beautiful book. This is even better than what I usually listen to (I love mediation). My favorite part, the innocence meditations. I’ve never heard anybody explain my self-worth that way before.
