I love the stories so much that I’ve sped up the audio so I can get to the point faster. I love how the story continues but still keep the past characters in play, not just cameos all the characters are connected so far.

Just NO!

There is absolutely nothing remotely romantic about abuse, rape, stalking and murder. This character is irredeemable. This man stalked and took pleasure in terrorizing her for 15 years, raped her multiple times once masked in an alley and story ending with him as the love of her life…Seriously??? Things that he did in this story were disgusting and unforgivable but the author still tried for a romantic ending but let’s call it what it truly is…Stockholm Syndrome!!!

Some stories seem unfinished

I love Joe Hill, but some of the stories seem grossly unfinished kind of like they ended midsentence. Most of the stories had very interesting beginnings, but seem to leave me with my mouth open with a disgusted WTF! Especially the one I was waiting for “the black phone”. I still love Joe Hill just not so much 20th century ghosts.

I really liked this book

I really liked this book. I watched the first season of games people play and since the second season they’re changing for I decided to get the audio book and it was soo worth it though changes were made on the series I kind of like the book better

She didn’t disappoint. I live the narration. My favorite has always been Sebastian York but I was pleasantly surprised by joe Arden. Good story, cute and funny and didn’t drag on.

Narration is HORRENDOUS!!!

I couldn’t even tell if the story was at least mediocre because of the horrible narration. I seriously had check my ears several times for bleeding! The narrator was WAY over dramatic and her voice was shrill, she sounded like she a n extremely pissed of Sharon Osborn and Her interpretation of Allesandro Was so far from sexy Greek man it was mire like a sick Count Dracula. I managed to finish it but it took me 3 days because I was trying to find some redeeming qualities to this story but the ending was basically the same as the beginning, middle and end...Bad

Underwhelming female lead

Not only am I not impressed with the female lead I think that her the way her character was portrayed brought the whole story down. I found myself thinking that Bianca would’ve been the lesser of two evils. Luna was weak and insecure which was not the problem. The problem was that she didn’t really learn anything. I’ll admit that she came to certain realizations but nothing was ever explained or worked out with Jake. He just seemed like the fool who kept running back to a girl who wasn’t ready or mature enough for a grownup relationship. This could’ve been a great series if the female lead wasn’t written as such a weakling.

Didn’t like the narrator

I loved the thought of men having the babies but the story was too short to be complete and I honestly couldn’t get past the narrator. Not good at all.

Couldn't stop listening until I was done. I always wondered what became of Danny afterwards and it wouldn't have been believable if he was a well adjusted man who had just happened to be thrown back into it after all these years. As always I'm in awe of Stephen King's storytelling.
