Diversity is the buzz word of the decade. But people just focus on race, gender, etc., etc. However, this book focuses on the true advantages of diversity i.e. diversity of cognition. It still get you back to importance of diversity of identity, but in a much more intelligent way that anything I have seen before.

I didn't know what I was getting into

So you really have to know what you are getting into - and I did not. I would love a history of the United States that captures many of the themes this books captures - to cast more light on some of the ugly parts of our history that have been undeservedly glorified in public schools. However, that is all this book does. And 34 hours is just too long for that.

A must read for all college students and parents

This is more true now then when the book was written. Free speech is being eliminated at schools and across the nation. It is scary how the change in a simple dynamic (smart phones and over-protective parents) can backfire so radically in such a short period of time. This book is an excellent read in explaining the problem, the origin of the problem and possible solutions while bringing in enough evidence and stories to make it surprisingly interesting.

Great Story, great narrator

This is a must read/listen. The narrator was excellent and the story suburb. This would have been good as a fiction novel, but the fact it is a true story is amazing. The details in this book are spot on.

Pretty good book

I would have liked to see Lori narrate the book herself to add better emotion into the story. The narrator was excellent, but with this type of book, it would have been good to hear it from the author's voice.

Overall this was a good read and would recommend it to anyone. It was more of a story than a dive into human nature (more of what I had hoped), but ultimately it succeeded on both fronts.

Excellent summary of Human Psychology

Nothing in this book is ground breaking, but I have never read a single book that was able to bring as much useful information about personality types and disorders as this. Plus, Robert Greene does a great job in helping the reader discover some of these traits within ourselves.

The story is a classic, but it is a little long and hard to follow on audiobook at times. The narration was absolutely top-notch!!!

A lot of good Material

This is a good book, but a little hard to keep straight on an audio book. 12 life lessons is a lot easier book to read via audiobook. However, I do recommend this book.

Good historical account - long read

The historical account of the battle of Gettysburg is top-notch. However, it is a little long and verbose. I listened to it twice and it keep me entertain both times. But recommended to a couple of people and they struggled with it.

Classic story and great naration

The audible recording was cheaper than all others of the same book so I was a little leery. However, the narration was top notch - one of my favorite narration. On the story, of course, one of the all-time classics. Widely considered one of the top books ever written, this book both keeps your attention and teaches some great philosophical principles and lessons.
