Historia
In 2012, Jonathan Cahn caused a worldwide sensation with the release of his first book, The Harbinger. It was hailed as "stunning", "prophetic", "mind-blowing", and "astonishing". Cahn followed it with best seller after best seller, but he has always held off on writing a sequel. But now, for the first time, Cahn opens up what could not be unlocked before - the mysteries that couldn’t be revealed until the present time, the manifestations that have taken place since The Harbinger came out and up to the present hour, and the mysteries of what is yet to come.

Easy and fun
Revisado: 09-28-23
The books are an easy read, with fun characters, TEXAS, and learning about love as the main topics.
The narrators were adequate, although a number of words were mispronounced, leaving this English teacher a bit perplexed as to why the mistakes were not corrected during editing. ('Copse' and 'minute' [meaning very small - mi-nute] are two which come to memory quickly.) Otherwise, good and lighthearted listening for distance traveling.

Historia
Millions of Karon fans will be thrilled that it's life as usual in the wildly popular Mitford series: A beloved town character lands a front-page obituary, but who was it, exactly, who died? And what about the former mayor, born the year Lindbergh landed in Paris, who's still running for office? All this, of course, is but a feather on the wind compared to Muse editor J. C. Hogan's desperate attempts to find a cure for his marital woes. Will it be high-def TV or his pork chop marinade?

Super helpful storyline for those who seem stuck in a spiral of longterm depression with the uplifting, encouraging support & understanding needed. Characters are relatable & believable. It's a keeper for those times when I may be discouraged.

Historia
On his way to interview for a position at a church in the Piney Woods of Texas, Crockett Archer can't believe it when he's forced off the train by an outlaw and presented to the man's daughter as the preacher she requested for her birthday. He's determined to escape - which would be much easier if he could stop thinking about Joanna Robbins and her unexpected request. For months, Joanna had prayed for a minister. A man to breathe life back into the abandoned church at the heart of her community. A man to assist her in fulfilling a promise to her dying mother. But just when it seems her prayers have been answered, it turns out the parson is there against his will....

Read the book, forgive the mispronounced words
Revisado: 08-02-19
Great book, although the narrator did not do as well as she could have. The story was well written and well paced. The narrator did not pronounce a number of "Texas" words correctly, so there were small times of frustration with the repeated mistakes. Overall, however, the book was delightful.
