Everything clicked! SOOO good and helpful and clear and needed!

I didn't realize how much I needed this book! I was lucky enough to listen to it straight through while on a road trip and it totally changed the way I see things, maybe everything? It all just clicked after listening to this book and the explanation of how to deal with all the energy of emotions and thoughts that come our way constantly through life. This Notching In approach brings meaning to everything and empowerment to every moment. I can't remember feeling so inspired. I have been a practitioner and trainer of the Nurtured Heart Approach for almost two years now and this book took my understanding and experience to a whole new level, far beyond what I thought was next level. I'm so grateful for Howard Glasser and all of the lives he has improved and saved around the world. His gift is immeasurable and he just keeps planting seeds (like Johnny Appleseed!) of greatness everywhere he goes. Do yourself a favor and stop everything and read this book!

Historia
In Men’s Work, ManTalks founder Connor Beaton offers the tactical, self-led guide men have been looking for. Here, he destigmatizes inner work by reframing it as a kind of psychological warrior training that many men can relate to and have been craving. Beaton walks you through a framework for facing the hidden and rejected aspects of yourself—factors that lead to self-sabotage, anxiety, and depression.
