Disappointed but hopeful
Revisado: 07-22-23
This particular episode just very lightly talked about estrangement from grandchildren and seemed more applicable to a grandparent that has been estranged for a reason (in my opinion). My grandchildren are being used as a weapon by my child's girlfriend who doesn't like me because I did not condone her leaving my 10 month old and 23 month old grandchildren unsupervised while she locked herself in my bathroom for hours and left large amounts of drugs all over the home. I was hoping this podcast episode would address something more along the lines of when you are estranged from your grandchildren and are concerned about their safety.

There is simply something inside you that doesn't make you feel comfortable or simply doesn't make you as happy as you should be. This can also affect your child. Maybe he's too attached to you, so much so that he always cries when you're not around and can't tighten socialization in school or kindergarten and has too rigid behaviors or jerks of anger. Affective dependence is always a problem that, unfortunately, in our days is becoming more and more alive.

Buy the actual book

This book is so interesting, but it is alot of information and the narration is probably the worst narration I've heard on an audible book yet. it is so bad I thought I had my narration on a weird setting. I will probably just buy the book because, like I said, it is alot to take in and I made it to chapter 4 and can't listen to this lady anymore. She is the female version of Ferris Bueller's teacher from the movie Ferris Bueller's Day Off. I feel like this book explains an excellent theory on peoples' behaviors and how critical our first few years are,
Anyone planning on having children should read this book!

Mind hacking - What exactly is “mind hacking?” “Mind hacking” is about getting your mind to do things your mind doesn’t know it can do or isn’t doing, things that you want it to do. The mind is extremely powerful, but it has no direction, and that’s where you come into play. Memory Improvement - What if I told you that after listening to this book you will be able to remember more, recall your memories faster, make better decisions, and even achieve your goals?

It helped me not feel so crazy

it was good but I wish it had suggestions on getting out of the relationship. This book sounds exactly like my relationship I thought it was just me.
