Historia
Tim Ferriss had it right: You can work with virtual assistants to escape the grind of 80-hour workweeks. Ferriss was ahead of his time in predicting how entrepreneurs would work today, and we have discovered that the benefits of the gig economy now extend to employees and business owners. You don’t have to quit your job to live a balanced life, re-skill, unlock new opportunities, or start that side hustle you can’t stop thinking about. You just need the Gig Mindset, and Paul Estes is here to help you adopt it.

Paradigm shifting book
Revisado: 03-14-25
This book does an outstanding job of shifting your paradigm about what is possible and opens your eyes to the limitless opportunities available through hiring freelancers and the gig economy. I’ve been utilizing freelancers for years and they literally change the game enable me to do almost anything. My mind can dream up Paul as a leader. I strongly recommend this book.

Have you ever wondered "Why did I do that?" or "Why can't I just control my behavior?" Others may judge our reactions and think, "What's wrong with that person?" When questioning our emotions, it's easy to place the blame on ourselves; holding ourselves and those around us to an impossible standard. It's time we started asking a different question. Through deeply personal conversations, Oprah Winfrey and renowned brain and trauma expert Dr. Bruce Perry offer a groundbreaking and profound shift from asking “What’s wrong with you?” to “What happened to you?”

Paradigm shifting book on time management
Revisado: 11-30-20
I loved this book. The paradigm of significance is profound but very simple. Worth the time invested for this principle alone.

Historia
An incredible but true account of achieving one of the most awe-inspiring midlife physical transformations ever. In October 2006, the night before he was to turn 40, Rich experienced a chilling glimpse of his future. Nearly 50 pounds overweight and unable to climb the stairs without stopping, he saw where his sedentary lifestyle was taking him. Most of us look the other way when granted such a moment of clarity, but not Rich.

A friend recommended this. I'm glad I got it. As an aspiring athlete this book is truly inspiring...helping me believe I can be a triathlete and breaking my paradigm about how to eat.
