Love it, love it, love it
Revisado: 03-08-13
What made the experience of listening to Pride and Prejudice and Zombies the most enjoyable?
I loved that they took the classic book, and managed to turn it into a zombie book, without losing the classiness of the era. Yeah it is a comedy, but you can still get a sense of the original story as well.
Who was your favorite character and why?
Mrs Bennett, she was delightfully blind to the whole zombie thing.
Which scene was your favorite?
When the girls finally showed their trainer up, it was hilarious that he didn't give them credit for learning, and they proved him wrong.
If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?
Not even a zombie apocalypse can stop love that is true.
Any additional comments?
Buy these books, you will not be disappointed, even if you weren't a fan of the original Pride and Prejudice.

Enough already
Revisado: 10-01-12
What disappointed you about Dark Flame?
I will not go any farther with this series, I am so sick of this whiny little girl I could pull my hair out. The first book was cute, after that she becomes just a whiny little girl who screws everything up after constantly being told not to.
What do you think your next listen will be?
Anything but this crap.
What about Katie Schorr’s performance did you like?
She comes across as a young girl, she performs very well.
What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?
Disappointment, after the last book, I was about over these characters, now with this book I am definitely done.
Any additional comments?
save your money, just go to the mall and find a couple young whining girls, and you will have this book for free.

Not one of Patricia Cornwells best
Revisado: 09-29-12
Where does Postmortem rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
It was good, but after reading so many of the Scarpetta books, this was down at the bottom for me. I love Patricia Cornwell and hate to say anything negative about her work, but I have to be honest.
What was the most interesting aspect of this story? The least interesting?
I was interested to find out about the glittery powder residue, it drove me crazy right up until they figured it out.
Have you listened to any of C. J. Critt’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
The reading was very good.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Not really, it was an alright book, it just didn't blow me away
Any additional comments?
If you are a huge Cornwell fan, I wouldn't recommend this book, for her fans it is a disappointment, if you have never read a Patricia Cornwell or Kay Scarpetta book this is good but not the best she has done. it is worth the cost, but not a prize winner.

What did you love best about Black Order?
the interaction between the main characters, when they first meet, you aren't sure if they will get along or not.
Did the plot keep you on the edge of your seat? How?
Absolutely, the constant twists and turns made me want to keep going, even after the story ended I wanted more.
What does Grover Gardner bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
he was just fantastic at becoming each individual person and bringing the characters to life for me.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
There were too many to mention, maybe when they finally got their revenge.
Any additional comments?
Buy it, you will love it, it will keep you hanging on the edge, right up to the end.

Good read, too short
Revisado: 09-29-12
Where does No Time Left rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
Not # one, but still a good listen.
What was one of the most memorable moments of No Time Left?
I can't say without ruining the book for others, but it was great
Which character – as performed by Scott Brick – was your favorite?
Becker
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
when he was explaining how he wanted to be able to blow smoke rings like his father, it was funny to me.
Any additional comments?
I know this review is sort of vague, but with this being a short story, it's kind of hard to comment on it without ruining it for possible buyers. It is a very good book though.

Loved it Loved it Loved it
Revisado: 09-19-12
Where does When Elves Attack rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
This is the best ever
What other book might you compare When Elves Attack to and why?
Anything by David Sedaris, the comedy is roll on the floor laughing, I listened to this book at work and almost got in trouble for laughing so much.
Which scene was your favorite?
When they come to Thanksgiving dinner with the mother in law there, I love the conversation with the daughter, about her boyfriend.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
No, but I did like that the man gave jobs to the security guard and the manager of the store.
Any additional comments?
I would recommend this book to anyone, I bought it thinking it was just going to be a Christmas story, and it turned out to be the most hilariously entertaining book I have ever read. Forget Erma Bombeck or David Sedaris, Tim Dorsey is the new king of comedy writing.

He should have stopped at Two
Revisado: 04-27-12
Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?
I would, but I would also let them know that compared to the first two books, this one is disappointing. I hated the ending.
What do you think your next listen will be?
Good question, I never know just what I will be in the mood for when shopping for an Audible book, I like a little bit of everything.
What about Rob Lamont’s performance did you like?
He did great with bringing the Characters to life.
Do you think White needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?
It does need a follow up book, if for no other reason than to make this book into yet another dream sequence. They should not have let any of the other characters travel, sorry for the spoiler, but I had to say it.
Any additional comments?
I was harsh on this book, but it really isn't horrible, I just wanted it to end differently than what it did.
