Very helpful book and very easy to read and understand the principals. The tough bit is executing the advice.
When first told about the book my initial reaction was negative as the title implies manipulating people but after ready it I think the author had more honest aims.

It does not have a specific focus but offers a broad summary that is a good starting point or a way to be reminded of the overall story.
