Historia
The 13 chapters of The Art of War, each devoted to one aspect of warfare, were compiled by the high-ranking Chinese military general, strategist, and philosopher Sun-Tzu. In spite of its battlefield specificity, The Art of War has found new life in the modern age, with leaders in fields as wide and far-reaching as world politics, human psychology, and corporate strategy finding valuable insight in its timeworn words.

Historia
Apart from the headline-making politics, not much is known in the West about the Korean people and their ancient culture. Yet those who visit Korea, whether North or South, find a land of great interest. The Koreans, when not constrained by politics or other considerations, are friendly and sociable, and the peninsula has areas of outstanding natural beauty. The South’s cities, if not always beautiful, are vibrant and alive. The North, while very different, is complex and fascinating.

Good but should be separate book from North Korea
Revisado: 03-06-25
I found it really bizarre how much North Korea content there was…otherwise, interesting introduction to Korean customs and history.
NORTH KOREA
The author was also very nonchalant about the American who was imprisoned and effectively killed for taking something in North Korea which bothered me.
It is strangely unassuming…someone is not just as likely to go to the North as South…this isn’t the EU. Author is either not knowledgeable or not sincere about how little we know about North Korea as it is not open to travel in the way that most countries are.
Again, should be a separate book.

Good read. Thought it would be shallow.
Revisado: 03-05-25
Easy-to-read advice and motivation on how to stay focused without strain. A few things I hadn’t thought of, and a good reminder to be accountable. I put it on 2-speed and finished pretty quick.
