Great addition to the This Man/This Woman Saga

The This Man/This Woman series is in my top 10 all-time favorites. I listen on heavy rotation to all the books and was so excited when Jodi told us the audiobook for Jesse’s final book went live early! I adored everything about this book, almost. Jodi does such a wonderful job crafting the villain Sarah that it detracts from the the love story. How can someone claim that a woman is his whole world and turn around and ask her to eat sh*t from Sarah because she made him feel guilty? No way would he accept Matt into their lives if the shoe was on the other foot. I HATED this aspect of the story, and HATED that Jesse took sooooo long to finally rid them of her forever.i highly recommend this book if you love Jesse and Ava.

Desperately Imitation of Josh Lanyon

Everything about this book was wrong. Wrong narrator. Wrong storyline. Wrong positive reviews. If you want a wonderfully written MM cozy mystery, read Josh Lanyon’s Secrets and Scrabble series. It is full of richly developed, colorful characters, and each book has a creatively crafted mystery. In addition, Matt’s narration is superb. This was a poorly written attempt at capturing everything Josh successfully achieved. If I could return it, I would. To say it is MID is too generous.

Awesome Start to a New Series with Beloved Characters

I adore John’s work and looked forward to this second series with the cast of beloved characters from the More Heat Than the Sun series. Loved, loved, loved this first installment. It is a wonderful blend of mystery, history, love, and friendship.

It takes a lot for me to write a review rather than just give a quick star rating because my Audible library holds 950 finished books. Curses is a rare find that compelled me to write a short review. I stumbled upon Curses by accident. Sara was a new author for me, and while my main love is MM romance, I don’t necessarily enjoy supernatural stories. This book is a wonderfully smart mix of humor, heartbreak, love, and hope. I immediately purchased all of Sara’s books subsequent to listening to this awesome piece. Every one has an interesting premise and should be listened to ASAP. The narration for Curses was PARFAIT. ALL THE STARS!

More Than a Bit Obsessed

The Just A Bit Series is in my top 5 favorites of all time, and I have waited years for them to come to audio. Just a Bit Obsessed is my favorite of the series. I adore Alec and Chris’s story. Is this the BEST presentation of this book? No. Just like the audiobook for Just a Bit Twisted, Josh Macrae’s narration was ok. He doesn’t really change character voices and lacks the panache of his MM romance narrator counterparts. Regardless, this is a MUST listen for anyone who roots for the underdog. If Alessandra continues with Josh as a narrator for the rest of the series, I will be disappointed, but it won’t stop me from purchasing the subsequent books. My dream is that Alessandra and the Audible team will have Just a Bit Twisted, Just a Bit Obsessed, and the subsequent books narrated by JF Harding.

Just a Bit Necessary For You to Purchase

This book is the first in a long series that is an absolute must for lovers of MM romance. I have been waiting for years for its arrival in audiobook. I love the relationship between Derek and Shawn. If you are unfamiliar with this author, don’t hesitate to purchase. This is a new-to-me narrator, and I had high expectations. Josh did a good job. I just hope the subsequent books will be released in audio as well.

Horrible Narration Mars What I Suspect Was a Great Book

I am a BIG fan of K.A.’s books, so I thought it would be great to listen to a book of theirs that I hadn’t read before. What a mistake! One hour in and I couldn’t take it anymore! I returned it and am hoping Audible will find an alternate narrator.

Say Yes to Yes, Please!

As a voracious reader and audiobook junkie, I love to purchase the audio versions of my favorite books. Because of this, I was thrilled to discover Yes, Please, book one of the Please Seires as an audiobook. Yes, Please offers an uncommon approach to the boss/assistant romance trope. It combines passion, angst, mystery and pleasure into the perfect cocktail that listeners' ears will want to drink again and again.

Best so Far...

All of the books in Ms. Scott's Stage Dive series are fantastic reads, and they are even better audio books. With that being said, Lead is my favorite. The narrator does a superb job of bringing Lena and Jimmy's story to life. I highly recommend, if one's funds are limited, purchasing this book above all other rock star selections.
