What a beautifully written book. A book about self-discovery and a coming to be, a coming of age in some ways. But in others, not, as precondition and bias take their toll. Two wonderful souls do discover themselves for who they are, but the third element fails self-discovery. It is incomplete. Much more needs to be learned. Much more needs to be sorted out. More needs to be written. Performance is good, but is spoken slightly too quickly. Had to slow it down to .8 speed to truly enjoy it.

Captures everything meaningful toward living a fully pure and clean life. It all begins in the mind and our responsibility of taking care of it with each thought we have. Simple, it is. Difficult to do.

Honest, forthcoming and forthright. About time. A sorely needed breath of fresh air at a time when the entire field has become stifled by distortion and tainted with big money and outright medical lies. One of a handful of gems, now appearing occasionally

Although interesting in its approach, I wonder why the authors couldn't make it more fact-based, than anecdotal. "Oh yeah, this, this and this, are the solution. Simple." doesn't really convince me of anything. As mentioned elsewhere, there is a business associated with this material thereby making it somewhat biased. Somewhat infomercial-like. Not confident in the material presented as helping much with regaining control over the food we eat. Our food is so toxic, that it goes beyond calories or selection. Would recommend looking at what foods cause inflammation, and why, as an alternate starting point.

Covers the essentials very well while providing excellent solutions. Well done Judith. Will be listening to it again.

Thank you.

What an awful and badly written book. The only think it serves is as a compendium of anomalies with some historical background. Beyond that, do your own research. Should have read more than the ‘positive’ reviews indicating this as his best work. If it is, oh my gosh. Best work perhaps as a CIA co-opted shill writer? As I mentioned, good accounts of anomalies, but with an awful attitude of arrogant sarcasm to follow without any original content, contribution, or theory. Heavily reliant on scientism. Pure gibberish. To make matters worse, the narrator suits very well with his own sarcastic intonations in the narration. What’s the purpose of exploring anomalies from around the globe, only to pooh, pooh all theorists as being part of a “cult?” Tiring. Very tiring old attitude. I am likely going to ditch it and move forward with Graham Hancock’s work, now that’s an individual better suited to tackling such material. Don’t waste your money. Honestly. Read the reviews carefully alongside listening to the material. If you like it, well then you may need to do a lot more work in cultivating discernment. Good luck.

The Martian Audiolibro Por Andy Weir arte de portada

Much too narcissistic for me ..

Would you try another book from Andy Weir and/or R. C. Bray?

Never, unless he takes a course in quantum chromodynamics.

What could Andy Weir have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

Talk about discovering something other than human life on Mars.

How did the narrator detract from the book?

Narrator did fine for the type and content.

What character would you cut from The Martian?

All of them.

Any additional comments?

This work of art is nothing but a mainstream narcissistic story of survival. Written for the express interest of a narcissistic society. Perfect. NASA spending billions on one individual in view of the entire planet (Earth that is). Nothing of substance regarding life on Mars (other than human). High on high school physics & perfect for today's advanced selfie-culture. Could have had so much potential, but never realized. Call it as I see it.
