I have a hard time falling asleep because my mind races all the time. This helps me to have something to focus on and allow my mind to shut off the internal monologue. At the same time, the pace and sounds are so soothing. It really allows me to fall asleep peacefully. Great!

I think I just purchased this in error. It reminds me of the old game ZORK, in that the interface talks to him. If you love adventure games, this might be a good listen for you.
