An eye opener

This is a great audiobook and super value considering the amount of information you get. I enjoyed the body language methods chapters, particularly for building and earning trust and respect quickly. I feel that it has already made a significant impact on my ability to convey my ideas clearly. I've already witnessed some positive results from applying the techniques in my day to day life.
