I’m 15 years old and haven’t liked reading until now. I listened to the Audible version and read the paperback, following along. It was hard at first, but the performance was very well done and helpful. Ten out of ten and would read it again. I am an audio learner and following along with the audio was very helpful. I think I may use this method often. It was very enjoyable. It was such a great story!

Blessed to Hear

Outstanding! Be sure to get the accompanying pdf for in-depth study. I listened all the way through first, and will now be attending a Bible study on Revelation. I plan on going through this again, more slowly, along with the pdf. This is a great Bible study with a great focus on the Bible without any detours or "fluff" or "fillers". He has great cross references to other scriptures, as needed. Highly recommend.

Intensely Beautiful!

Wow! Absolutely amazing! I could not stop listening! This is a beautiful story! I found it very helpful in learning and understanding the Muslim religion. At times I laughed. At times I cried. After listening to the book I ordered the paperback version. I plan on reading and highlighting the book to study how best to share Jesus with Muslims and others. The book also has some great insights into textual criticism and apologetics, which will also help in discussing the truths of Christianity with all people. I can now see why this book is so highly rated on Amazon and Audible! I highly recommend this book!

Essential Reading

Extremely helpful in understanding how our foods affect our body’s immunity! I highly recommend this book! I listened to the audible book (at 1.5 speed) while reading on the kindle (I find I retain more this way). The book is 60% reading material followed by menus and recipes to help you get started eating the “Nutritarian” diet. I’m already a Nutritarian and would recommend this book to anyone concerned about their health, whether you have a health concern/condition or not. Eating a Nutritarian diet has helped me tremendously and is a very enjoyable way to eat! Thanks to Dr. Joel Fuhrman for this excellent book!

Beautifully written & narrated story!

I was hooked into this novel from the beginning. The narrator did an excellent job and enhanced this beautiful love story. I couldn't put it down. It was great from cover to cover!

I listened to this while attending a Precept Upon Precept Bible study with another group. This series added to the lessons in our study, and was very helpful. Pastor Skip is always great to listen to and learn from.

The Best!

Excellent coverage of what a person needs to know about diabetes and how to eat to deal with it. A lot of what is covered regarding the optimal diet for health has been covered in his other books, but this book has more specifics regarding diabetes specifically. I'm a full-time, lifetime Nutritarian and I'm a total believer in Dr. Fuhrman's "eat to live" way of eating. It works, plain and simple.

A Beautiful True Story of a Life and Ministry

One of my favorites! Joni has an amazing memory and weaves her experiences in a beautifully written story! It is absolutely wonderful that she reads this audiobook herself! I'll be listening to this again. I've also purchased the CD version to give as gifts. Highly recommended! The results of listening to this book brings you back to the title, "The God I Love". He is honored and glorified here!
