I knew I should have waited for the next book!
Revisado: 12-01-18
Brandon has done it again! Incredible book and engaging story, but more in a sci-fit setting than a fantasy one. Only thing I hate is that the next book in the series isn't out yet. Very emotional at time as I find myself almost crying a couple of times. Can't wait for the next part!

Good story, but the audio is out of order.
Revisado: 10-16-18
I think the last half of the book is at the beginning and vice versa. I was thoroughly confused while listening to the book, but figured out that the book was out of order, at least the audio version. hopefully they figure it out and put it back together the correct way

Historia
Tesser, the dragon of life itself, is one of seven: Earth’s primordial draconic guardians, destined to oversee its development and safety. Species rose and fell, and 10,000 years ago...Tesser disappeared. The golden dragon woke up this morning, buried deep beneath the city of Boston, with no idea how he got there, and no idea how humanity grew so fast and learned so much while he was away. He is lost, a fish out of water. Where is the magic? He’s got a lot of catching up to do if he’s going to find his missing sister and stop an incursion of daemons from beyond the Veil.

pretty cool story of dragons and modern time. I was a little bit put off with the amount of swearing in this book, but everybody's different though.

Great book, so so voice actor.
Revisado: 05-03-18
This book is like a trilogy in one book. Great story, just the voice actor does ok for the most part, but when the text says a character yells or bellows, he does this loud cracking whisper and it drove me nuts for some reason. He does varying degrees of a French accent for the differing book accents and it was ok, but something seemed off at times. Also pronounced certain words oddly, like legion was pronounce lay-sion instead of lee-jun. Maybe I'm being nitpicky, but there it is.
I loved that it was a complete story arc and it was very long, but not hard to listen to otherwise.
