Not what I expected

I was expecting this to be a book about how she went a year without going to a grocery store. It has some good tips and tricks for food storage and preparedness but the title of the book is for sure deceiving.

Boring and tedious

I’m almost 5 hours into listening to this and just can’t finish it. Sooooo boring. Lots of psychology jargon and so far it’s mostly about the mother. I have a remaining 8 hours to finish the book and I just don’t think I can make it. First audiobook ever that I haven’t been able to make it through.

Good information! BUT...

This was an informative set of books, however, the narrator was like listening to a robot. Very very monotone! He would be an excellent narrator for bedtime stories
