Can’t even finish this book because she has such a foul mouth! And not only that, a total waste of time with her method! Who needs to make a list of things they want to contemplate keeping or getting rid of it. Just get on with it! And while you’re at it clean up your mouth! If I could get my money back I would do it!

While the world seems to be in love with the idea of tiny houses and minimalism, many of us simply can't purge it all and start from nothing. Yet a home with too much stuff is difficult to maintain, so where do we begin? Add in paralyzing emotional attachments and constant life challenges, and it can feel almost impossible to make real decluttering progress.

This book was so helpful and entertaining at the same time!
I listed too it the entire day as I cleaned and cleared 3 rooms of clutter.
Going to listen to it over and over until my home is just as I want it to.be.

This book is for you or for the person you know with piles upon piles of books and mail that take up their living room and plague their lives. This is for the people who feel like they are suffocating under the mess and clutter and feel like they have to burn down their houses to properly start over. This book is also for those who feel like they are throwing parts of themselves away when they think about giving away or throwing away their stuff. This book is for people who live in a mess, but don't know where to start or how to fix it.

I loved the psychology behind clutter and messinesses. A must have book for everyone. So helpful in understanding WHY some people tend to be messy and how to help.

Historia
Written for practitioners as well as everyday people who struggle with emotional issues, Soul Pain Revealed will inform and inspire listeners. Dr. Julie Caton addresses the chasm between the two different landscapes of science and psychology, and faith and spiritual healing. Believing that faith is a valuable healing agent, Dr. Caton uses testimonies, case studies, and her own experiences to highlight this principle. She recognizes that counselors in both the mental health field and the faith-based arena share the same goal: to reduce emotional suffering.

Very Deep and Powerful
Revisado: 09-10-21
This book is very deep and at times difficult to ‘read/hear’ however I think it is an essential means for helping to heal those who suffer and deal with severe pain, both emotional and physical. Dr. Julie Caton has a gift at taking the reader/listener safely to the depths of hidden pain and suffering and showing how to emerge a healthier individual ready for real healing. My suggestion is that when the message gets tough or uncomfortable, because the path is different than the norm, just keep reading. I’m grateful for this book. ~sw
