The best possible version of yourself. The person you are meant to be. The life designed only for you and you alone, as no two people were designed the same. “We are all uniquely created for a reason and this reason is our purpose in life,” Barrena writes.

Awakening!
Revisado: 02-29-24
I listened to this book in only two days nonstop , it is so easy to understand. My first language is Spanish, and I was listening to this book as if English was my first language. I love the story, the testimony!. I understood that my struggle is with the enemy and my own mind, now I have the tools to work hard to be better person for my family and my loved ones and the people around me. I am call to transform the world and I’m not alone. I am close to know who I am. My authentic self is here, can’t wait to put my thoughts in practice and on a paper.

Historia
In his decades as a globally recognized teacher, Richard Rohr has helped millions realize what is at stake in matters of faith and spirituality. Yet Rohr has never written on the most perennially talked about topic in Christianity: Jesus. Most know who Jesus was, but who was Christ? Drawing on scripture, history, and spiritual practice, Rohr articulates a transformative view of Jesus Christ as a portrait of God’s constant, unfolding work in the world.

Jesus The Christ!
Revisado: 11-17-23
Some powerful propositions in this book include seeing the Catholic (Universal) as still in its infancy, he calls it its first 2000 years.
Eastern contemplation usually lacked in western traditions and viceversa… eastern traditions usually lack the hands on experience of the western practice of faith.
The idea of nature as the first incarnation and therefore a direct answer to some skeptics who see the age of the universe and can’t pass through a genesis account of creation.
All That plus my own take of quantum mechanics (Vlatko Vedral) where the universe is made of information make this listen a complete delight and very hopeful for the church of the future.
Much more insights I hope to have him as guest for my website christianpodcast dot com
