I decided to take this course because I needed a solid and methodical way to trade and This course gave me just that. I have been trading for about two years now without a better understanding of the markets. With what I have learned in this course I'm certain I can trade more confidently.

Spending time on mindfulness should be one of your top priorities when it comes to working on stoicism. It is going to help you to experience things in your life in a whole new way, without making you get too attached to the different things and emotions that are trying to control you. Work on this for some time, and be gentle without the judgment, and you will find that it can be easy to appreciate the little things in your life, rather than letting everything control you.

Zach Webber is not a theoretical author. His work deals in practical matters. If your concerns are practical, this book is worthy of your attention. Expect enough theory to back up the teaching. But this is targeted at people who must make serious choices about serious risks.

This course material answered much of my own thoughts and perceptions that was either subconsciously or unsubconsciously formed in my mind over years. I was made aware of so many similiarities within my thought patterns, my environment and how people directly or indirectly influenced my personal behaviour. The Bible tells us that as a man thinks in his heart, so is he and that it is critical to guard your heart, for out of it flows the issues of life.
