Historia
The epic and highly anticipated conclusion to the listener-favorite series that had countless Audible listeners (and employees) hooked from the very first Bob - featuring, as always, a flawless performance from the inimitable Ray Porter. Being a sentient spaceship really should be more fun. But after spreading out through space for almost a century, Bob and his clones just can't stay out of trouble. They've created enough colonies so humanity shouldn't go extinct.

Historia
Ralph Elllison's Invisible Man is a monumental novel, one that can well be called an epic of modern American Negro life. It is a strange story, in which many extraordinary things happen, some of them shocking and brutal, some of them pitiful and touching—yet always with elements of comedy and irony and burlesque that appear in unexpected places. It is a book that has a great deal to say and which is destined to have a great deal said about it.

Historia
In a steel-and-lead-encased bunker 20 feet below the basement level of his house, a soldier waits for his final orders. On the surface, a plague ravages the planet, infecting over 90% of the populace. The bacterium burrows through the brain, destroying all signs of humanity and leaving behind little more than base, prehistoric instincts. The infected turn into hyper-aggressive predators, with an insatiable desire to kill and feed. Someday soon, the soldier will have to open the hatch to his bunker, and step out into this new wasteland, to complete his mission....

This book started out drawing me in. Much quicker than some of the other books I have listened to recently. The main character was developed nicely and by the end of the first chapter I was a fan. Good Book and I am starting to listen to the second one today.

Historia
The folks in Mike Erikson's small New England town would say he's just your average, everyday guy. And that's exactly how Mike likes it. Sure, the life he's chosen isn't much of a challenge to someone with his unique gifts, but he's content with his quiet and peaceful existence. That is, until an old friend presents him with an irresistible mystery, one that Mike is uniquely qualified to solve.

Looking for the next one.
Revisado: 10-12-15
This was not my first pick to listen to. Actually it wasn't until I finished 8 other books that I bit the bullet and decided that I would listen. I usually go through 2 books a month and I ran out of the ones that I had listen to as a series so I took the plunge.
To my amazement I was hooked before the first chapter was halfway done. The Characters are well developed. The plot is well thought out and although kind of outlandish still believable with a minimum of suspending of reality. I am hooked and I have not finished it yet. I will be looking for the next in the series. Read it

Did not like the ending
Revisado: 08-11-15
All in all this is a good distraction. The main character Creed is very shallow and needs some depth. The story will keep you engaged however the ending is very condensed and abrupt almost like it needed to end for a dead line. I may not read the next one.
