Not his best work. If I got this book at age 13, that would have been great.
Ryan, really stretched to create this book.
Lots of rambling on and on that has no fantastic realization on being a man.
On the bright side, he does a lot of self promotion about his podcast.

I was hopeful as I heard so much about Ed. This book is just quotes from other people and Ed’s sad attempt to make it relevant to making progress.
It’s boring. It’s long and I wish I could get my money back.
