Hilarious
Revisado: 05-21-23
I liked the wolf song series by TJ Klune, did not expect him to write such a funny book after those, but Michael Lesley went above and beyond on bring life to the characters, aside from the cliches expected in comedy, this book had me bursting out laughing, highly recommended for lovers of crass humor

Not what I expected
Revisado: 08-24-22
When I saw that was an Omegaverse novel I had my doubts, but after reading some of the reviews I have it a try... I'm glad I did.
The author has a very repetitive manner of writing but I think that is part of the appeal of how the characters express themselves, if you don't mind that, the listening experience improves a lot.
It is more of a romance with horror than a straight up horny read.
Highly recommend!!!!

Weird accent changes
Revisado: 06-22-22
The narrator sometimes forgets what accents he is supposed to be giving each character, so it's a little funny to hear the US accent in a foreign character

Awful editing
Revisado: 01-29-22
The story is bad to begin with, the sound editing is horrible. Don't buy it.
You can tell the author has very conservative views in a lot of things and is definitely a story from it's era (late 1950s). Aside from that, the fact that the story gets voiced over to add missing audio clips is jarring at best, a whole reshoot would have been better.
*I did found something funny. You can tell that the author had some daddy issues because he devoted a whole chapter to the main character getting a pep talk from his father and literally being told that he was right and his father was wrong and he's proud of him and proven wrong, I just kept rolling my eyes during those 40 min, in all honesty, what man from the 50s would accept to their barely adult son that they were right? *
