One of the best books of the year for me! I loved everything about it!
i will say the narrator wasn't consistent with voices, so it was difficult to follow dialogue at times.
Great for fans of Narnia, Harry Potter, Bridge to Terabithia, and Wizard of Oz!
i also loved the LGBT+ themes.

The narrator ruined it with the heavy accents for American characters!!! Her voices also kept changing for a couple characters.
I did enjoy the other two books' storylines more, but it was still a fun and funny listen.

I did enjoy this book. it was cute and fun, although very drawn out in parts. Also, the amount of spice in this one is amplified, so that was a tad jarring. However, still enjoyable! I love spice, just wasn't what I was expecting based on the other books.

When Emilia told me she won an all inclusive trip to Christmasland, I laughed. Out loud. Surely a place like that didn't exist. Boy, was I wrong. Now I'm stuck on holiday repeat where everywhere I turn there's Christmas carols, sledding, cookie decorating, and holiday cheer. All of which, I'm told, is part of the "experience" of Christmasland. But I can't believe that. A whole town dedicated to recreating a Christmas movie for all of its guests? You've got to be joking.

I'm not sure why but this one just didn't sit well with me Something about it seemed forced or rushed. So far I've been very let down by this series. I don't have high hopes for the rest.
I also still feel they need a different narrator.

The story was a quick and cute seasonal romance. Not too much spice. It is rather predictable and slow starting. The narrator really took me out of it. I wish it had been a younger voice to match the characters.
