Let's start with the positives.
The performance of Sierra Kline is fantastic. Detailed to emphasis at the right moments, pulling back when needed, and emoting the narration as a retelling her own personal story was downright enchanting. I will be looking for other works she is done. For that, I thank the author for bringing her to my attention.

The author has an obvious mastery of their writing style as a first person narrator that is very creative at times. It is obvious they either had a thesaurus handy or had a better than most vocabulary to rifle through so much description that had its variations on 90% lockdown. There are some things that naturally get repetitive when describing sex, so in those instances I don't knock off points… But more on that at the bottom.

Next, the so-so's…
The story itself is a typical erotic short story, in that it doesn't have the time and space to develop stakes or a proper adversary to set a tone of conflict. Don't get me wrong, I completely appreciate the stylized nature of the bionic parts and how they are added, but unless this is a series, there is so much more to explore with the cybernetic aspects. Having said that, if this is a series, then I think a proper stake should have been developed. Even then, it probably would have worked better to add a few of them together to a solid volume rather than a few loosely tethered scenes from Pornhub.

Where the author excels at description, it falls flat in the very limited dialogue that is heard. Even the narrator lost me in those moments. If it's not a natural strong suit, and you're gonna make a first person narrative with limited dialogue, that I think it would have been best to not have dialogue and instead have the narrator recall bits of conversation.

My one truly negative critique.
For all of the praise that I gave the author about knowing a vast vocabulary, they fell completely back to grade school with a single, ear abrasive word that was on repeat from the getty up… The "C" word! For all the different ways the author could describe any other body part with at least a handful of variations, I question the entire lesson as to why this word didn't have a single, solitary variation. Even a few drops of p***y I think may have sufficed so I did notice it. But I would have appreciated any of the following: slit, valley, gash, cunny, twat, canal, cavern, mound, clam, folds, pedals, labia or vagina if you want to keep it technical… I could go on.

Rich world-building, three dimensional characters, great stakes and twists. Amazing accomplishment for such a lengthy erotic fantasy! A must listen for the adventurous.
