Narrator is condescending and talks too much

I can’t stand the narrators tone of voice, the words he uses and how he speaks to the readers. If I could figure out how to return this book, I would. I was so excited to try the hypnosis, but the narrator is so condescending in how he talks, I can’t even listen to him - all I feel is annoyed with this book, there’s no relaxing happening. It’s starting my days off irritated instead of relaxed, and I couldn’t be more disappointed with this selection. The only reason it even gets 2 stars is because Jose comes on sometimes, and he’s not terrible.
All in all, this book is NOT worth the money, save it for something that will actually relax and calm the mind.
