Historia
Upon their grandmother's death, Tristan Northland and his twin, Will, inherit her Book of Shadows and discover that one of their ancestors, a spurned witch, was responsible for dark magic that has affected the Sterling family for generations. Determined to right the ancient wrong, Tristan sets off across the ocean to reverse the centuries-old curse. Benjamin Sterling might not be happy alone - not quite human, nor accepted by true werewolves - but his life is predictable, at least until Tristan Northland shows up in his office, unannounced and with nowhere to stay.

Lovely voice

I love this story. It’s an old favorite of mine and the narrator did such a good job.

Historia
Everyone has that special someone - their first love. The memory of that person who brings butterflies to your stomach and a smile to your lips. My first love was Owen Moore. He was my best friend's older brother - a broad, strapping alpha who never failed to make me feel safe. I spent most of my childhood at the Moore's house, their open warmth a welcome relief from the cold reception my own parents gave me. Owen never looked twice at me then. Now, I'm back in Blackwater, teaching at the local school. Owen's in Blackwater, too, protecting and serving as part of the police force.

ASMR nightmare
Revisado: 02-22-20
It a good story and I’d read it again in book format but the mouth sounds of the narrator drove me insane. His voice is nice but It sounded like he was chewing gum the whole time.

Great book
Revisado: 10-05-19
The narrator was amazing and the story was great. But the killers identity was kind of obvious from the beginning and that was kind of frustrating because the main characters are working so hard to figure it out and I’m just like “ ITS HIM!!!!!”

Good book ok narration
Revisado: 07-21-19
The story is pretty good but the narrator, while his voice is amazing, he tends to over enunciate and sounds very unnatural.

It’s a better read than it is a listen. And you got to push through the boring bits to get to the good part of the story.

Holy crap!!! What a story!!!
Revisado: 09-27-17
I got this book because I thought it was a ghost story to be honest, but despite it not being so I still enjoyed this book. I only gave it 4 stars because it does tend to drone on a bit with almost too much detail and the inner monologue tends to digress from the story quite a lot,but despite that it was a very good story. And what a twist. I won't spoil but I have never been so caught off guard as I have with this book.
