Just Keeps Getting Better!

This book rolls in hard and fast, and was everything I hoped for and more! Sweet, angsty, dramatic, and smooth as can be! Speaking of smooth - could these narrators be any better?! They're the best combo, I swear and they bring the guys and Frankie to life!
Ohh Frankie.
I loved getting to see more of Frankie's vulnerability without her turning into a withering damsel or a victim. And the boys were so sweet, and fleshed out as so much more than just tropes.
I'm still on the edge of my seat wondering who is behind things, and what will happen in the coming weeks for Frankie and her friends

..... Wow. I love Hunted and these narrators ARE AMAZING!!!
OK so as for the story itself - you know how they say a good story, good characters, good writing, speak to your soul? This story. It's not grating the way some abused characters are portrayed, Hope as a character is an abused, manipulated empath, but one who isn't helpless, isn't broken yet, and she hasn't given up. This story, Hope's thoughts and emotions, just reaches deep down into me and resonates everywhere at once. This author writes trauma and grief and guilt SO well, and the reaction I get is absolutely visceral. I've never experienced it in a fictional story before and it's absolutely amazing. I cannot wait to continue reading and to not only see but to feel what Hope feels as she (hopefully!?) heals and grows.
