A story of redemption and growing up

I had no idea Mike was such a druggie! He was a full blown addict!

It’s nice to listen to a book and not have to take notes. This was a pleasure listen.

But like everyone who has gone through a tough change, it took hitting absolute rock-bottom for him to change.

I’ve been a Jersey Shore fan for decades now, and it was great to see who Mike was on and off camera. This is a fun but also at times depressing read.

Mike has really turned around his life though and I’m proud of him for that. It takes far more determination to change than to stay the same. You also have to admit you can’t do it alone. Only Christ can truly save you.

One of my favorite Bible verses is this on from the Book of Luke. It’s one I relate to myself, but I think Mike would feel the same way.

Luke 15:7 “Just so, I tell you, there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who need no repentance.”

Salute to an American icon and legend

A great man full of honor, duty, and love for Christ and country.

Biographies are always more interesting than history books, as history is the story of man.

Eisenhower climbed to the highest ranks of the government both militarily and politically. He was class personified and represented a gentler and more moral America.

He led the free world against Leftwing fascism and national socialism and defeated them. That was when America was about winning, instead of playing not to lose or worse, managed decline under established elites like it has been prior to Trump.

The only shortcoming of Eisenhower was not passing the Civil Rights Act during his presidency. If he could’ve done that, we might’ve avoided having Democrats succeed him, mainly Lyndon Johnson- a truly destructive and bad man.

He also didn’t use the bully pulpit of the presidency as much as he could’ve until later in his second term. As it stated in the book,

“A strong president is one who dominates Congress and the legislative process. A weak president merely proposes and let Congress dispose.”

Eisenhower showed me that the presidency takes a heavy burden on the one in that office, he had multiple health issues such as a stroke and heart attack as president.

I have no doubt Eisenhower earned his way into heaven, as he dedicated his life to protecting his faith, family, and flag. Rest in peace, soldier! We’ll take it from here 🇺🇸 🫡

This book is a must read, especially for men, for anyone trying to better themselves. This isn’t just about money, it’s about overcoming your weaknesses and shortcomings to become the person God created you to be.

Hill goes in depth on how men can channel their desire for women into making them achieve great things. Knowing how to control your sexual energy and libido is key. Stop masturbating, it destroys your drive and hurts you long term.

Enrich your Christian faith with this book

The Holy Spirit is the hardest of the Godhead to understand. He is the one who operates through others.

God is the Father and we hear His voice in the Bible. Same with Jesus as the Son, but the Holy Spirit often operates through means less understandable but just as remarkable.

Any God-based institution is infused with the Holy Spirit, certain people at times, the Bible, as well unexplainable and mysterious.

The Holy Spirit is symbolized by the Dove as a symbol of peace and kindness.

I am such a huge fan of the late Billy Graham. He no doubt had a large amount of the Holy Spirit working in him and is no doubt looking down on us with Jesus.

Please read this book and share with all Christians you know.

“Purpose is the straightest path to power”

This was an excellent book, recommended by Brandon Carter aka King Keto.

The thesis of the book is if you focus on one thing at a time, it is much more powerful than multitasking.

Your effort into one thing will be much more fruitful than juggling multiple things.

A great book for people trying to change their lives for the better.

Find your purpose and give it everything.

This book is the greatest read on the destructive history of communism I’ve ever read.

You will explore the history of communism in countries like France, Russia, Chile, Spain, Argentina, China, Cambodia, South Africa, and more.

You will find out so many things the Left doesn’t want you to like how Franco and Pinochet were actually anti-communist nationalist!

Jack Posobiec is a patriot and hero for writing this book! A must read for all people who love freedom and hate tyranny!

Another masterpiece in Christian writing and understanding by D’Souza

I like to think C.S. Lewis is in heaven happily looking down on us because we have such brilliant and talented writers and scholars like Dinesh D’Souza.

D’Souza is best known for his for his political documentaries, speeches, and commentary, but I think he would’ve made an incredible priest/pastor.

His depth of understanding and research on Christian and secular arguments for the belief/non belief in the afterlife are profound. D’Souza gives the reader plenty of ammunition from both sides and yet I believe will convince you to become a believer in Jesus Christ.

It is better to live a life of comfort and hope of a Christian than to live in insecurity and despair as a nonbeliever. Give this a read, you won’t regret it!
