A top notch performance couples with a fast paced, satisfying character arch through a fantastic, horrifying and often whimsical setting.
I thoroughly enjoyed the story, characters and vivid dnarrative that tackles mature topics such as feminism, cultural oppression, gender inequality and mecha vs kaiju action.
an ironclad experience that my friends are already tired of me pitching to them.

Helpful and thought provoking

I found this book to be most helpful in my thinking of how to approach my novel at more than just the writing stage. The advice for writing, plotting and character development was fantastic, but so was the advice on editing, publishing and how to tackle writer's block.

An incredible journey through the eye of terror that shows that the chaos Marines feel just as deeply as they did before becoming more (or less) than human.
Plans, schemes, cruelty, pride, and brotherhood exist in the hellscape that is the eye.
Johnathan Keeble delivers a stunning performance and I've found myself lost in the telling more than once.
I cannot recommend Aaron Dembski-Bowden's exploration of Warhammer 40,000's signature fallen enough.
