This book was great! It also taught me so much I didn’t know about how the stress affects a lot of things including your health, it showed me how to relax and how to breath in some exercises that it walked me through, I definitely felt the difference almost immediately and started to relax some of my muscles that had been sore before me reading this book all of a sudden feel so much better! Definitely recommend this book to anyone trying to do meditation but can’t seem to find the time to do it or can’t sit still for a long period of time this is short breathing exercises that doesn’t require a lot of time or space to do
