Good Book: Fun Music
Revisado: 05-11-22
I had originally borrowed this title from the Duluth Public Library. I'm glad I found my own copy on Audibble. Here's a tip for those who may just want the music. Go to chapter 3 and place a clip and bookmark there. Also, go to chapter 6 and do likewise. Hope this helps.

Historia
Enjoy the great detectives of the Golden Age of classic mysteries in this unique collection of audio whodunits. Newly recorded for this original anthology, the crimes, criminals, and sleuths depicted here set the standard for decades to come, and remain as entertaining today as they were when first published. Fantastic narrators including Simon Prebble, Kate Fenton, Bill Wallace, and Robert Fass breathe new life into these stories.

I loved it! Mystery upon mystery; the unexpected! What a variety! As a mystery lover, I couldn't ask for more. A good book; two purring cats; and a mug of tea, a wonderful way to spend my day! Thanks a bunch!

Historia
A stunning new volume from the first Native American Poet Laureate of the United States, informed by her tribal history and connection to the land. In the early 1800s, the Mvskoke people were forcibly removed from their original lands east of the Mississippi to Indian Territory, which is now part of Oklahoma. Two hundred years later, Joy Harjo returns to her family’s lands and opens a dialogue with history. Harjo finds blessings in the abundance of her homeland and confronts the site where her people, and other indigenous families, essentially disappeared.

Thank you for allowing me to share a part of your journey. Thank you for introducing me to all the guardian spirits of Earth Sea, and Sky who not only protect us, but are our teachers if we are willing and able to listen.
