Simple, inoffensive story

To me this is about as barebones of a gay romance story as they come.
Simple plot, simple story structure, interesting characters, happy ending.
It is very well written and has a lot of funny moments. Both the main characters are very likeable.
Though if you are looking for something with more drama or high stakes, this isn't for you.

Cheesy but very entertaining

Really enjoyed this book. It's kind of cheesy, but in very entertaining ways.
The narrator did an excellent job.
I especially loved the way X was written. He is by far the best thing in this book.
I wasn't really feeling Tate. But the dynamic between him and X was cute.
There were times when the book got a little too slow, and times where Tate sexually harrasses X which I wasn't a big fan of.
Overall I really enjoyed this book and plan on listening to it again one day.

cute but tragic

unfortunately I felt like Matheo got a lot more love than Rufus, despite them both being equally as important to the story. But other than that it was an easy and enjoyable read. The performance was fantastic
