Historia
When the Watson family—ten-year-old Kenny, Momma, Dad, little sister Joetta, and brother Byron—sets out on a trip south to visit Grandma in Birmingham, Alabama, they don’t realize that they’re heading toward one of the darkest moments in America’s history. The Watsons’ journey reminds us that even in the hardest times, laughter and family can help us get through anything.

Great music

The story was so impactful I started crying at the end.
The background music was fantastic and very appropriate for each part. I would love a soundtrack listing.

amazing book
Revisado: 10-01-20
This was the funniest, most addicting book I've ever listened to. I couldn't stop listening until I was finished. I have been talking about the plot to random people as I went along and started using random 1920's British slang.
Jonathon Cecil is the best narrator ever. He had different tones and accents for each character. Simply smashing chap, what ho, what ho!

Historia
Following Jane from her childhood as an orphan in Northern England through her experience as a governess at Thornfield Hall, Charlotte Brontë's Gothic classic is an early exploration of women's independence in the mid-19th century and the pervasive societal challenges women had to endure. At Thornfield, Jane meets the complex and mysterious Mr. Rochester, with whom she shares a complicated relationship that ultimately forces her to reconcile the conflicting passions of romantic love and religious piety.

The narrator was amazing! She could speak the accents for different people extremely well.
Her French was impressive.
I was bitterly sorry when the story was over and did not last forever. I will listen again and again!
