This is one of the best books I've read about God's teaching on finances.

I love how much Scripture the author included to show how every concept was taught in the Bible. Most of the ideas are very familiar to me, but the stories and suggestions included were both encouraging and helpful as our family works to live out these difficult concepts. There was one topic (I don't want to give a spoiler) where Scott's teaching was different from what I've usually understood, but I love the way he presented it and we're praying through God's direction for our family.

This is a book I highly recommend Christian read as we seek to please our Heavenly Father with the things he's given us stewardship over!

The author did an amazing job of bringing the characters and making their struggles real. I can't send this story enough! I wish her other books for on audiobook.

Sweet Southern Historical Romance

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

This story is reminiscent of Gone With the Wind, both in the sweet Southern style, the romance, and the importance of the land. I would recommend!

What about Kendall Atkins Livick’s performance did you like?

Kendall's voice was perfect for the story! She sounded exactly the way I would expect Laura, the heroine to sound.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I wish I could have!

If you could sum up Summers' Love in three words, what would they be?

Light, funny, pageturner

What was one of the most memorable moments of Summers' Love?

Any of Stu's interactions with his 'Holy Ghostwriter', especially when she comes to Beaufort to talk some sense into him!

What about Linda Cee’s performance did you like?

She was great with the dry humor and caustic comments. :)

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Stu had some major strikes against him, but the author did a great job bringing him to the place where he finally got it right. And the things Kate goes through are so close to reality, but with such a funny spin. The question asked for a moment, but i think my favorite was the character arcs.

Where does Love's Miracles rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

I love audiobooks because of their flexibility, and this one packed in a very compelling, emotional story. It's definitely one of the books I'd recommend.

What did you like best about this story?

Sandra Leesmith does an amazing job with these characters, getting us into their heads so you feel Zane's craving for isolation and understand the passion that drives Margo to help war veterans at all costs - Zane in particular. The romance is crackling, too, but stays fairly clean.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The climax near the end was my favorite, but I won't spoil it for you. Let's just say you won't know what's coming next and you should prepare to become emotionally involved. :)

Any additional comments?

I've enjoyed the other books I've read/heard from this author, but this was by far my favorite!

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Sandra Leesmith does a great job of mixing a sweet romance with a bit of mystery and adventure in this book.

What did you like best about this story?

Danny and Skye come from opposite ends of life's spectrum, but it's clearly a match made in heaven from early on. I love how they stand by each other, no matter what they're each going through in the story.

Which character – as performed by Rachel Fulginiti – was your favorite?

I related so well with Skye, who craves a peaceful atmosphere instead of the craziness and danger of the city. It would almost be a dream come true to be able to seclude myself in a serene spot like Leeza Island. But Skye learned the lesson well, that God's grace is the only crutch that's capable of supporting us in the challenging times.

When past collides with future, will their love survive?
