This is a great book. I really enjoyed trying the techniques to lower anxiety. The narration was smooth and pleasant to listen to. The author interspersed his practical suggestions with interesting true life stories. I listened to it carefully and enjoyed putting what I learned into practice. I was given a copy of this book in exchange for an unbiased review.

The narrator has a beautiful voice, smooth as silk. the music is beautiful. The story is lovely. My seventh grader and I enjoyed every moment. I hope Jax survived the injuries.
